Healthy Tarter Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil mayonnaise
- ½ cup plan non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium Kosher dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Combine mayonnaise and Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
