Your pictures are beautiful. Tonight I made the Chocolate Peppermint Roll Up. I’m going to freeze it for Christmas. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I had Fudge topping that didn’t want to drizzle. I solved that with a little Hershey’s choc. topping. 🙂

I would keep a little cool whip on hand for when you take it from the freezer. When I took mine out there were a couple places I didn’t cover real well the first time and I did a little touch up before serving!
