I am so excited about my new blog that I can hardly stop tonight and get to bed, which I need to do! Yesterday I asked my niece, Christina, to help me with some design problems on my recipes page. I didn’t want the recipe images to show single file but I worked and worked and couldn’t make it happen. Since Christina’s blog is really something, secretyarnings.wordpress.com, I asked for her help. Turns out the women can write HTML code!!! So, in a relatively short period of time tonight I was able to make the recipe page look much better and more user friendly thanks to Christina and her unbelievable teaching instructions that even I could learn!
My second big excitement happened late last night when I found out I could upload my “Walnut Grove Bed and Breakfast Friends and Family” cookbook into this blog. Please take a look under the Cookbook tab. You can quickly download the cookbook into a PDF file and put on your computer. From there you can look through it and print it if you want. Sometime soon I will have the actual books from the printer, should you wish to buy one. But, you can have it for FREE just by downloading.
No new recipe tonight, but definitely I feel praise for a wonderful day is in order.
Blessings and good night.
I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
Proverbs 17 – click to read all
1 Better a dry crust with peace and quiet
than a house full of feasting, with strife.
2 A prudent servant will rule over a disgraceful son
and will share the inheritance as one of the family.
3 The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold,
but the LORD tests the heart.
I am so glad to have been of some help. 🙂 Your site is a wonderful place to be!
